Wrong. With so many digital distractions and the unvarying pinging of notifications, most of us have severely dwindling sustentation spans. Use Productivity Apps Yes, this might seem ironic and counterintuitive.  But, there are now several productivity apps that have been cleverly designed to help – not hurt – your worthiness to focus. There is Todoist, which allows you to put all your to-do lists into one, hands manageable place. This app syncs with virtually any platform – permitting you to well-constructed tasks plane if you forgot your smartphone at home (maybe a good thing?).
